We understand that shopping online can be a little tricky, therefore we've tried to make our returns policy as simple and helpful as possible.
Returns and exchanges can be made up to 14 days after receipt of your goods. Goods must have original tags and be in unused condition. When returning any items please ensure you include your invoice.
Lazybones is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
RETURN OF FULL PRICE AND SALE ITEMS
You may choose an exchange, credit note or a full refund.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Faulty items are to be returned to us. We will happily pay your postage costs. Once we receive the item a replacement will be sent to you. If we are unable to provide a replacement then a refund may be offered.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or style please call us on 02 6629 1622 or send an email to email@example.com. That way we can hold the item that you're after so you don't miss out!
If you are returning an item for an exchange then packaging and postage must be paid for by the customer. Please make note of which item/s are included within your returned parcel.
Please enclose your receipt with merchandise (if exchanging, please include an Australia Post pre-paid satchel, so we can send your goods back to you quickly) and send to:

Credit notes are valid for 12 months.
REST OF WORLD
For all International customers goods can be returned to us within 20 days of the date of your invoice, and are to be returned in the condition they were received.
*Please contact us first before returning items. All refunds, exchanges & credits will only be given once we have received the goods back at our head office.
